As with any of our custom made products, we will make it with all the personal features indicated on your order. Because of this, we cannot issue refunds on our customized items.
Our high quality BH Custom items are made by hand one at a time using 7/8 ounce top grain steer hide and selectively hand-boned. They are hand molded, hand tooled and made one at a time for a perfect fit. Only the finest material and techniques are used, allowing us to offer a full guarantee on material and workmanship so please allow approximately 6-8 weeks production time.
