Returns/Refunds: Our products are 100%
guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship only. All custom
items are hand inspected and approved before shipping. However, should
something slip by us and your merchandise is found to be defective in material
or workmanship, we will REMAKE the item for you. We do not stock custom
merchandise, each item is made to order for a specific customer. Consequently
we will accept custom returns ONLY for remake - not for refunds. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED
RETURNS. If you wish to return an item, please call us first for an authorization
number. Returns must be made within 5 days of receiving merchandise and must be
returned in UNUSED condition as determined by us.
Payment Options: Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
Paypal, Cashiers Check. Personal checks are welcome but will delay shipment
until the check has cleared.
Taxes: Lone Star Holsters does NOT
charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Texas! If you order within the
state of Texas, you will be charged an additional 6.25% for sales tax
Shipping: All orders are shipped UPS when
possible. Any damaged shipments must be reported to carrier immediately
for proper claim handling.
