Returns/Refunds:  Our products are 100% guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship only.  All items are hand inspected and approved before shipping.  We are human, though, and should something slip by us we will, of course, replace the product promptly. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions.

Payment Options:  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Cashiers Check.  Personal checks are welcome but will delay shipment until the check has cleared.

Taxes:  Lone Star Holsters does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Texas! If you order within the state of Texas, you will be charged an additional 6.25% for sales tax

Shipping:  All orders are shipped UPS when possible.  Any damaged shipments must be reported to carrier immediately for proper claim handling.
